Apprenticeship Training Provider (Employer-Provider) Set-Up
Ever thought about the DIY option? As an Apprenticeship Levy-paying organisation, you have the option to design and deliver your own Apprenticeship training programmes, allowing you to use your monthly Apprenticeship payments to fund your training and assessment activities once learners commence on programme.
With this option, you can:
Shape and control your training programmes
Pay for training and assessment activity out of your Apprenticeship fund
Choose to deliver qualifications
Link training to your business growth plan
Attract and retain new and existing talent
Create progression routes for employees
Strengthen competitive position
We will utilise our unique end-to-end Spectrum-39™ Model to help you transition from Employer to Provider, by implementing a quality-focussed Apprenticeship training programme management and monitoring system. We will ensure you comply with the requirements of the Apprenticeship standard(s), the funding rules and the requirements of Ofsted inspections. Our model is based on industry best-practice (FE and private training provision) and is a blueprint for training providers, as well as for Apprenticeship Levy-paying employers who wish to set up as training providers.
“Definitely get yourself a consultant to help you translate the jargon and interpret the rules. It will save you lots of time and frustration whilst setting up as an Employer-Provider.”
