Calculating Subcontractor Management Fees within Apprenticeships, 6th June 2019!

There has been much debate around Management Fees and Charging Policies within the apprenticeship sector, with growing pressure for greater transparency, accountability, responsibility and value for money within the apprenticeship supply chain system.  In the absence of a single, defined formula to calculate management fees, Bally Bhogal, CEO of ITSS Ltd will be exploring some key factors that should be considered when developing fair and equitable charging policies, along with some fresh, new thinking around potential models of best practice for calculating management fees – in order to create best value within subcontracting relationships.

This one-hour webinar is being delivered in conjunction with the Association of Employment & Learning Providers (AELP) and is ideal for all apprenticeship training providers with either a responsibility for subcontracting or for those looking to become Lead or Subcontractor organisations for the first time.  It will cover:

  1. Understanding the debate around supply chain management fees.
  2. Reviewing the national policy and direction of travel on management fees.
  3. Considering current examples of practice around management fees, their pro’s and cons.
  4. Exploring some fresh, new thinking around key factors that should be considered when calculating management fees.
  5. Exploring what ‘good’ looks like within apprenticeship supply chain cost-modelling and how to create best value.
